The Good habit: Keep moving!
I get asked frequently what I do to keep healthy and fit without spending hours at the gym and becoming bored of it. I think the key to it, is to lead an overall active lifestyle and tackle as many sports as you can. This will give you a lot of variety and will also prevent injuries. You may not end up being a pro at any of them, but over time you will improve and so will your overall fitness level, too.
I try to do something every day, if possible outdoors and most importantly: have fun! Amongst my favourite ones are running, cycling, golf, Yoga and anything that you can do in the water, really.
